The portraits of the Medici dukes and their consorts in this exhibition are by leading Florentine artists from the city's art scene in the city in the 1530s and 1540s.

This retrospective is dedicated to the beloved Colombian artist Fernando Botero, who recently passed away. Paintings, watercolors, and sculptures, including some previously unseen works, depicting the sumptuous roundness of his feminine universe, will be on display in an exhibition that is the most comprehensive show ever held for the artist in Rome.

This presentation of the poetic abstractions of one of the most significant American artists of the 20th century, whose work has rarely been exhibited at this scale in Italy, examines Helen Frankenthaler’s artistic affinities, influences, and friendships. The show features her paintings made between 1953 and 2002 alongside select works by some of her contemporaries, including Anthony Caro, Robert Motherwell, Jackson Pollock, Mark Rothko, and Anne Truitt, among others.

Enjoy six masterpieces by Titian, Guercino, Lorenzo Lotto, Carlo Crivelli, and Olivuccio Ciccarello, shown in the ground floor rooms of the Palazzo dei Conservatori.

Artist Meriem Bennani was commissioned by Fondazione Prada for this new site-specific, large-scale installation, shown with an art film co-directed with Orian Barki. This project explores ways of being together in intimate and public socio-political settings and is the most ambitious work Bennani has ever done, in terms of complexity, size, and the length of the creative process, which took more than two years to complete.

This is the largest museum retrospective organized in Italy dedicated to Marina Apollonio (b. 1940), one of the key figures of international Optical and Kinetic art. This homage in Venice, Apollonio’s adoptive city, where she lived as a girl and started out as an artist, is particularly fitting, as it also highlights the role of visionary collector Peggy Guggenheim, who commissioned the piece "Relief no. 505" (ca. 1968).
