The National Museum of Contemporary Art asks "what if women ruled the world?" with a concomitant run of solo shows by women artists on view through mid-autumn. Of particular note is the presence of Greek modernist painter Eleni Pitari-Pangalou. The artist, who died in 1995, is best known for her oil paintings, which will be shown here in addition to her uniquely original black-and-white drawings which navigate the realms of fantasy, clairvoyance, and the metaphysical.
